Free Assessments
Findings in writing, yours to keep
Every assessment below is free, carries no obligation, and produces a written report you keep whether you hire us or not. If your current provider has everything in place, the report will say so.
Cyber Insurance Readiness Assessment
Cyber insurance used to be a form you signed. It is now an inspection. Carriers want proof of multi factor authentication, endpoint detection and backups that have actually been restored, and they want evidence rather than your word for it.
Details →HIPAA Security Risk Assessment
The HIPAA Security Rule requires a risk analysis. Most practices we meet have either never had one, or had one performed once and never repeated. Neither position is defensible if anyone asks.
Details →Network & Security Assessment
We review your network, endpoints, servers, Microsoft 365 tenant, backups and security posture, then hand you the findings in plain English with a fix first list ranked by risk and cost.
Details →Why we give these away
Because most businesses have never seen their own environment written down
An assessment is not a sales tactic dressed up as a favour. It is the only honest way to quote managed IT. A monthly number produced without looking at your environment is a guess, and guesses get corrected upward later.
So we look first, tell you plainly what we found, and quote from facts. A fair share of businesses then decide they want it handled properly. The rest get a useful document and we get a referral a year later. That maths works for us.
If the honest answer is that you do not need us, we will say so. We have talked people out of six figure projects.
What the report looks like
- Control verifiedAnswer yes with confidence
- Partial or undocumentedAnswer carefully
- Gap foundFix before you attest
Every finding is rated, ranked by risk, and paired with what it would cost to close. No jargon, no scare tactics, and no findings invented to justify a quote.
Still deciding?
Call and talk it through with an engineer rather than filling in a form. Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck.
