How these fit together

Most businesses do not need nine services. They need the right four.

Almost nobody arrives asking for a service by name. They arrive because something broke, an insurer asked a question they could not answer, or the person who handled the computers left.

So the honest sequence is usually: managed IT for day to day coverage, backup and recovery because it is the cheapest insurance in the building, cyber security because your carrier and your clients are now asking, and network administration because most of what people call slow software is actually the network.

Everything else, from vCIO planning to office moves, tends to follow once the basics are stable. We would rather get those four right than sell you all nine.

Questions about how we deliver

Do we have to take all of these?

No. Most clients combine three or four under one agreement, and plenty start with a single project. We would rather fix the thing that is actually hurting than sell you a bundle you do not need.

Can you work alongside our internal IT person?

Often the best arrangement. They keep the business knowledge and the user relationship; we bring the tooling, after hours coverage, security stack and a second pair of hands for projects. We call it co-managed and price it below full coverage.

What is the difference between a project and managed coverage?

Coverage is the ongoing work: monitoring, patching, help desk, security and backups, at a flat monthly figure. A project is a defined piece of work with a start and an end, such as an office move or a server replacement, quoted at a fixed price before it begins. Hourly work is $250.

Which service do most businesses start with?

The free assessment, because it is the only honest way to know. A monthly number produced without looking at your environment is a guess, and guesses get corrected upward later.

Do you support businesses outside the East Valley?

Remote work, sometimes. Managed IT, no. An IT provider who cannot physically reach your server is not really supporting your server, so we stay inside Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa and the surrounding cities.
