Microsoft 365 support ยท Gilbert, AZ
Office 365, configured like it actually matters
Most tenants we inherit were set up once, by whoever was cheapest, and never touched again. Default security, licences nobody uses, and an admin account belonging to a former vendor.
What we walk into
The Office 365 problems we see most
- Mail landing in junk, or your domain being spoofed because SPF, DKIM and DMARC were never finished
- MFA switched on for some users and quietly skipped for the ones who complained
- A previous provider still holding global admin, or the tenant registered in their name
- Paying for licence tiers nobody uses, and missing features you already own
- SharePoint and OneDrive that became an unmanaged second file server
- No backup, because people assume Microsoft is backing it up for them
If you recognised more than two of those, the free assessment will tell you which ones are actually urgent and what each costs to fix.

What we do with a tenant
- Take it over cleanly. Including recovering admin control when a former provider set the tenant up in their own name. There is a documented Microsoft process for this and we have run it.
- Set a real security baseline. MFA enforced everywhere, conditional access, legacy authentication switched off, admin roles separated from daily accounts, alerting on mailbox rules that should not exist.
- Finish email authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC to enforcement, so your domain stops being usable for spoofing and your legitimate mail stops landing in junk.
- Migrate without a lost weekend. From Exchange on premise, Google Workspace, IMAP or another tenant, staged and cut over outside business hours with mail flowing throughout.
- Review licensing. Most tenants we assess are paying for seats and tiers they do not use. The savings sometimes cover a meaningful share of a managed agreement.
- Back it up properly. Retention inside the tenant is not a backup. Third party backup with tested restores for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
Straight answers
Office 365 questions we get
Can you get admin access back from our old provider?
Usually, yes. There is a documented Microsoft tenant ownership process and we have run it. Bring us in early, because it moves faster while the relationship is still civil.
Will email go down during a migration?
No. Migrations are staged and cut over outside business hours with mail flowing throughout. For most staff the visible change is signing in once on Monday morning.
Is Microsoft backing up our data?
Not in the way people assume. Microsoft protects its own infrastructure and offers limited retention windows. A mailbox deleted eight months ago, a compromised account, or ransomware syncing through OneDrive are all your problem, which is why we deploy third party backup.
Are we paying for licences we do not need?
Very likely. It is one of the first things our assessment checks, and it is common to find unused seats, duplicate tiers, or features you are already entitled to but never switched on.

Not sure whether Office 365 is your actual problem
That is what the free assessment is for. We look at the whole environment, not just the thing you called about, and tell you plainly where the real bottleneck is.
