Tell us which part hurts most
You do not need to know what you need. Describe what is not working and a senior engineer will come back with an honest read, a realistic timeline and a number.
What happens next
Three steps, no sales sequence
A person reads it
Not an autoresponder, and not a salesperson working from a script. We reply within one business day, usually the same day, from Gilbert.
A short call
Fifteen minutes to understand your setup, so anything we do next is aimed at the right things rather than the thing you happened to mention.
Then the assessment
If it fits. Written findings within two business days, ranked by risk, and yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
You will not be added to a drip campaign. If we are not the right fit we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.
Direct

Straight answers
Before you get in touch
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, usually the same day. If something is broken right now, call rather than fill in the form.
Do I need to know what I need before I contact you?
No, and most people do not. Describe what is not working, or what somebody has asked you to prove. Working out which problem is the real one is part of the job.
Will I get a salesperson or an engineer?
An engineer. We are small enough that the person who answers is the person who would do the work, or sits next to them.
What does it cost to talk to you?
Nothing. The first conversation and the written assessment are both free. Work is billed at $250 per hour with a two hour minimum, or under a flat monthly agreement with no minimum, and we quote before anything starts.
We are not in Gilbert. Is it worth calling?
If you are anywhere in the East Valley, yes. Outside it, call anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you properly or whether you would be better with someone closer.
Do you work with home users?
No, businesses only. We used to do consumer repair and stopped, because doing both well is not really possible. If you call with a home machine we will point you somewhere sensible rather than take the work.
