Cloud and Microsoft 365 ยท Gilbert, AZ
Microsoft 365, configured like it matters
Tenant setup and hardening, migration without a lost weekend, licensing that matches how you actually work, and identity that you control rather than a former vendor.
What we do
- Tenant setup or takeover, including recovering admin control from a provider who set it up in their own name
- Security baseline: MFA enforcement, conditional access, legacy authentication disabled, admin roles separated
- Email migration from anything, planned so nothing bounces and nothing is missed
- SharePoint and OneDrive structured deliberately rather than becoming a second unmanaged file server
- Licence review, because most businesses we assess are paying for seats and features they do not use
- Third party backup for the tenant
- Azure and hybrid identity where it makes sense, and a straight answer when it does not
Cloud is not automatically cheaper
- We will tell you when lifting a workload to the cloud costs more than replacing the server, which happens more often than the industry admits. The right answer is usually a mix, chosen per workload rather than as a policy.
Who takes this first
Where this matters most
Businesses on a tenant somebody else configured, firms with staff working from anywhere, and anyone who suspects they are paying for licences nobody uses.
It is rarely bought in isolation. Most businesses pair it with the services listed alongside, because the failures they prevent overlap. We will tell you which combination actually fits rather than quoting all of them.
Billed at $250 per hour, two hour minimum plus $125 travel for onsite, or included in a flat monthly agreement with neither. See pricing.

Questions we get about cloud and microsoft 365
Can you get admin access back from our old provider?
Usually yes. There is a documented Microsoft process for tenant ownership disputes, and we have run it. Bring us in early, because it moves faster while the relationship is still civil.
Will email go down during migration?
No. Migrations are staged and cut over outside business hours, with mail flowing throughout. The visible change for most staff is signing in once on Monday morning.
Are we paying for licenses we do not need?
Very likely. It is one of the first things the assessment checks, and the savings sometimes cover a meaningful share of a managed agreement.
