Remote Support
Let us onto your screen, safely
Most problems are faster to fix if we can see them. This takes about two minutes, installs nothing permanent, and ends the moment you close the window.
How it works
Four steps, about two minutes
Call us first
So we know who you are and what we are looking at. Never start a session with someone who called you out of the blue.
Download the tool
We send you a link while you are on the phone. It is a single small file that runs without installing.
Read us the code
The window shows an ID and a password. Read them to the engineer. They change every session, so they are useless later.
Watch, and close when done
You see everything we do and can take back control at any point. Closing the window ends the connection completely.
What this is not
- A one time doorNot a permanent key
- Nothing installedNo service left running
- You approve every sessionEvery single time
- Credentials rotateUseless after the call
- You can watch throughoutAnd take back control
- Unsolicited calls about a virusAlways a scam
We will never phone you unprompted claiming your computer is infected and ask for remote access. If that happens, hang up and call us on the number you already have.
Straight answers
Questions about remote sessions
Do I need to install anything?
No. The file you run is a one time tool. Nothing is added to your Start menu, no service is left running, and when you close the window the connection is gone. Clients who want us monitoring their machines full time get a managed agent instead, which is a separate thing you agree to explicitly.
Do I need an account or a password?
No account, no signup. You run the tool, read us the ID and password it displays, and that is it. Those credentials change every time, so they are useless afterwards.
Can you connect without me knowing?
Not with this tool. It only works while you have the window open and only with the code you read to us. Close the window and the door closes with it. That is deliberate: a support tool that stays behind is a support tool that can be abused.
How do I know it is really you?
Call us first on (602) 677-0779 rather than trusting an inbound call. We will never phone you out of the blue claiming your computer has a virus and ask for remote access. That is one of the most common scams aimed at small businesses, and it works because it sounds exactly like real support.
Can I watch what you do?
Yes, and we would rather you did. You see the same screen throughout and you can take back control or close the session at any moment for any reason.
What if the machine will not start at all?
Then remote is not going to help and we come to you. Call and describe what happens when you power it on, and we will tell you honestly whether it needs a visit.
Ready when you are
Call (602) 677-0779 and an engineer will send the link while you are on the phone. If the problem needs hands rather than a screen share, we will tell you and dispatch from Gilbert.
