We are family owned in Gilbert since 2015. We are East Valley based and cover Scottsdale. Most work is remote and faster that way. When it needs hands, we come. Every engineer is our own employee and lives in the Valley.
What does managed IT cost?
Our hourly rate is $250, with a two hour minimum per call and a $125 travel charge for onsite visits. Most businesses take a flat monthly agreement, which has neither and works out well below hourly per ticket. Full detail on the pricing page.
How fast do you respond?
15 minutes during business hours for managed clients, with after hours emergency response included. You reach a named pod who already know your network.
