Do you coordinate with the landlord, the ISP and the low voltage contractor?
Yes, that coordination is most of the value. Left to the client, an office move turns into a full time project management job for somebody who already has one.
How far ahead should we start planning a move?
Circuit installation is nearly always the long pole. Sixty to ninety days is comfortable, thirty is possible, and under thirty usually means a temporary connection for the first weeks.
Do we need to be a managed client for project work?
No. Projects are available standalone, quoted at a fixed price. Our hourly rate is $250 where time and materials genuinely fits better, and we will say which is cheaper for you.
